As of September 23rd, 2023 we have updated our name and logo from The Sunshine Foundation of Canada to Shine Foundation! Our mission remains the same; to change the lives of young people living with severe physical disabilities. 

Stream for Dreams is Shine's annual peer-to-peer streaming campaign. This inclusive fundraiser invites streamers to raise funds while streaming their regular content on Twitch, with donations supporting Shine Experiences.

Giving Tuesday is the "opening day" of the giving season! A global day of giving where Canadians, charities, and businesses join together and support their favourite causes. 

Each year, the last week of May is observed as National AccessAbility Week in Canada.

The Gift of Giving

In celebration of the holiday season and as part of their efforts to support charities after a challenging year, Canada Life provided a seasonal gift of $10,000 to six different charities across the country.
